PSSSB Typing Test
Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board — Clerk 30 WPM Punjabi/Hindi, DEO 8000 KPH English. 10-minute qualifying test.
What is PSSSB?
The board recruits for Clerk, DEO, and other posts across multiple Punjab government departments. Clerk posts require Punjabi or Hindi typing at 30 WPM. DEO posts require English at 8000 key depressions per hour. The test is qualifying — pass/fail, no marks to merit list.

Typing Layouts
Official Punjabi Unicode font with Remington-style layout. Used in PSSSB and all Punjab state government typing tests.
For Hindi section of PSSSB. Same Remington-style layout as Raavi — once you learn one, the other is easier.
Standard English keyboard for DEO posts. KDPH metric — key depressions per hour, not WPM.
Raavi vs Mangal: If you already know Remington GAIL Hindi, Punjabi Raavi will feel familiar — same key positions, different script. The muscle memory transfers quickly.
